What a team, what a club... Another triumph for Cam in the Cam & Dursley Championship with a 5 - 2 victory and winning the Keith Hinder Shield. Thank you to everyone who came along to support. Well done everyone.

What a great day for our Nominated Pairs, the sun shone, a fantastic afternoon raising £332 for the club.

Club Triples
Thank you for everyone who played in the Club Triples. The day was ran well with the added bonus of nice weather, BBQ and nearly £500 raised. Congratulations to the Winners - Wayne Stevens, Ange Niblett & Jan Williams and the Runners Up - Rod Stephens, Ned Kelley & Geoff Williams.

Noel Lee 4's Club Competition
Thank you for everyone who played in the first club competition of the season. The day was ran well with the added bonus of nice weather and BBQ. Congratulations to the Winners - Malcom Jones 1st, 2nd & 3rd (Max Mellerup & Dave Smith), Kerry Bennett, Viv Allies and Rich Bennett and the Runners Up - Julian (Clem) Hill, Alex Stevens, Chris Norris and Paul Newman.
Ladies County 4's
Congratulations to Ange, Jan, Viv and Sue for getting to the section final of the County 4's.
They will be flying the flag for Cam by playing the final on Sunday 21st July at Falcon and then representing Gloucestershire at Leamington Spa in the National Finals on Thursday 15th August - support is welcome to both.

Thank you to everyone that came to our open day. We have had lots of interest and several new members are already having coaching sessions and signing up for games.

There is still time to try Bowls and we are always open to bringing in new members. If you are interested please contact us.
Bowls is the perfect sport for all ages and abilities but here are Five Reasons to play bowls:
1. Playing bowls is very doable
2. Bowls is not expensive
3. After football, bowls has the second highest number of clubs in the country
4. Compared to most sports, age and gender differences have less of an effect on a game of bowls
5. Bowls clubs are sociable places full of people looking to have fun
